YHC has been really excited about stepping in as site Q for The Schoolyard. I’ve come to really enjoy this site and the Pax that frequent it (or use to frequent it)

425’s- 4 sets of 25 low slow squats with a 10 second “rest” in the down position between sets.

Drone is to thank for these…. these evil things. They hurt so good! I have fallen in love with the simplicity and effectiveness of this work out.

Run to other goal post on track

Jack Webb- 1 merkin with 4 overhead arm claps

Until reach 10 merkins with 40 overhead arm claps (4 count)

Big shout out to Minnesota Fats for keeping my count straight during these… man, breathing, counting, and lifting your arms makes it hard to think haha

This worked for half of the sets. Had to adjust after that. Monkey humpers made this almost impossible for YHC.

The plan is to flavor The Schoolyard with Q’s that bring the pain and the laughter. Camaraderie  in my experience is best built through shared adversity and humor. This site should have enough of both, hopefully in the same workout!

If you’re still reading this invite someone out. Do the harder thing. Check in on that guy you haven’t talked to in a while and stay on them. Remember the excuses you had for not coming out and how much better you feel now.
