Disclaimer given plus additional motivation quote:

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!” -Rocky Balboa

YHC missed some requests, my apologies

Moleskin:
There was a method to the madness of today’s Q. The first set of exercises focused on what one can do by one’s self.
The second set was partner assisted, to represent that extra push you can find when you don’t do life alone.
The third set was focused on doing the workout as a team, where you can find the core of what F3 is about, finding strength within the group.
YHC has much to thank to the brothers of F3 for accepting me as a sad clown and helping me strive to be a HIM.
