11’s on the bleachers

  • Merkins at the top
  • Squats at the bottom

EMOM meets 4 corners:

  • EMOM for 8 minutes:  10 merkins/10 WW2’s, sprint to the next corner
  • EMOM for 8 minutes:  5 burpees, sprint to the next corner
  • EMOM for 5 minutes:  5 get ups from your back/5 get ups from your stomach, sprint to next corner
