Box of Chocolates card game: “you never know what you’re gonna get” : Deck of cards shuffled and everyone takes turn drawing a card : Card represents body part and the number of reps x 5 of card’s value (as in blackjack)

  1. Clubs: Upper body: Options: merkins (ranger, normal, diamond, incline, decline), dips, hallelujahs
  2. Spades: Lower Body: Options:  Squats, jump squats, lunges, jumping lunges,  SLR, Bridges
  3. Diamonds: Abs: Options:  penguins, American hammers, flutter kicks, planks, side planks, bird dogs, leg lowering/ raising, 
  4. Hearts: Running: card number at face value for number “go go’s” (alternating sprinting and backpedalling)  *Queen of hearts: full track lap
