Background – Le Bleu brings a lot of water bottles to my office. When asked by Slalom to Q, this gave me an idea…..

Warm Up:

13 Side Straddle Hops, 17 Good mornings, 13 Buttkickers, 17 Michael Phelps

The Thang:

Goal was to not go to the track and to mix things up….goal accomplished.

Pax did Indian run to stop sign at the end of Camillia Ln.
17 Merkins and 17 Squats
Mosey to the wall at Branches
13 Step-Ups using both legs as one set
19 Dips

Stations
1 Pax lunged 1/2 way down the parking lot, sprint to end
2 Pax carried two large tank water bottles to end of parking lot and back
3 Pax did 25 erkins (or as many needed until relieved)
4 Pax carried two large tank water bottles to end of parking lot and back
5 Pax lunged 1/2 way down the parking lot, sprint to end
6 Pax on bench doing as many knee crunches as possible on the chair

Group of Pax huddled on the grass and each called an exercise until they jumped into the station

Water bottle race – 2 lines of 7 Pax raced down the parking lot and back

Carry water bottle back to the flag. This was random as one group carried both bottles until relieved while the other group split the duties and carried on water bottle and rotated. We did make it back without breaking a bottle.

One the wall at Aycock
Balls to the wall – each man, 13 count
Peoples chair – each man, 13 count (Spinal Tap stretched it to about 1 minute)
