The Thang:

 

Mosey to the track behind the goal post.  10 merkins and 10 WWI.

 

Mosey to the 50 yard line on the track.  Line up on the sideline for 10 merkins & 10 WWI and bear crawl to the middle of the field for 10 merkins & 10 WWI.  Run back to track

 

Mosey on the track behind the other goal post.  10 merkins & 10 WWI

 

Continue around the track to the other 50 yard line on the track.  Line up on the sideline for 10 merkins & 10 WWI and bear crawl to the middle of the field for 10 merkins & 10 WWI. Run back to track

 

Rinse and repeat

 

Mosey to the bleachers for Balls to the Bleachers & One Burpee for Fun.  Each PAX count out 10 seconds BTB then one burpee for fun all the way down the line

 

Indian Run the track and then rinse and repeat BTB and one burpee for fun

 

Indian run to the gate and back to the flag

 

Finished with rapid rounds of 5 merkins and 5 WWI (4 rounds)
