Had a pile of PAX when I pulled up to #TheSchoolYard at 5:25.  Planted the flag, waited a minute, hard start at 0530. No FNG’s, disclaimer given, warmup.

Warmup: SSH x10IC, Hillbillies x10IC, HighKnees x10IC, Buttkickers x10IC. Mosey to the football field.

The Thang:  Shoulder is about a 98% but didn’t want to push it, so planned on Leg day. Lined up on the goal line and did Lt Dans to the other goal line.  Lap around the track for rest.  Alternating side lunges goal line to goal line.  Lap around the track for rest.  Squat jumps goal line to goal line. Lap around the track for rest. Went to the bleachers and did 30 alternating leg step ups.  Lap around the track for rest.  Back to the bleachers for 50 calf raises. Moseyed to end zone and circled up for No surrenders.  All PAX held squat position while we went around the circle twice for no surrenders.  I then had NoIDeer lead us in some stretching.  Moseyed to the flag and did 10 Newtons on Fruity Pebbles count and 2 WW2 on Matlock.  Hard stop at 0630
