Achieving a Stronger Woody!

Alright, not quite what you’re thinking. These men helped this Woody get a little stronger today. We met in the gloom at #The Shipyard to have some early morning fun. Flatline and Momma’s Boy started at 0500 for some BRR training.

The Thang:

Mosey to main street. Q announces “Suicide BLIMPS”. Speedsters will need to wait on all PAX to get back before next exercise

5 Burpees, run 1/2 block and back.

5 Burpees, 10 lunges each leg- run full block and back.

5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers- run 1 1/2 blocks and back

5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins- run 2 blocks and back

5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks- run 1 1/2 blocks and back

5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats. PAX demanded (actually Q needed) a 20 count.

Mosey to People’s Pier, partner up. One partner starts Weezy Jeffersons while other runs around Chamber of Commerce Garden and back. Repeat switching roles. Second round with dips.

Mosey back to flag. Out of time. (PAX starting to realize that Q used this as BRR training!)

COT- Prayer requests and announcements. Chowanoke 1 year convergence is August 24th. Will clown car for those who want to go. F3 Washington 2 year convergence will be Sept 21st (to allow BRR runners to recooperate). Flatline and Momma’s Boy tried to sneak into the circle for EC- called out by Largemouth.
