The Warm-up

  • 15 SSH IC
  • 15 Good Mornings IC
  • 10 Don Quixotes IC
  • Run the Shovel Loop – Sucking on the Q-Juice

Jumping Beatdown

  • Beginning at the first line in the lot, standing broad jump (not a long jump) two lines in the side lot
  • At the second line – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 20 LBCs
  • Rinse & Repeat until the end of the line
  • Bear Crawl back to the beginning

Left of Center

  • In the side lot on the left, starting in the center traffic island – 5 Squats (every time you pass left of center)
  • Run two spots South – 20 Merkins
  • Run back to center – 5 Squats
  • Run two spots North – 20 Flutter Kicks (hard count)
  • Run back to Center – 5 Squats
  • Rinse and Repeat increasing run two lines each round, each direction, decrease reps by 2 each round
  • Once the end of the line is made, decrease lines by two until reach the center and complete two final reps of each exercise

Mosey with Marys

  • Mosey to corner of 2nd and Bonner – 25 American Hammers – 2 is 1
  • Mosey to Market and Bonner – 10 WWII
  • Mosey to Market and Main – 10 Box Cutters
  • Mosey to the People’s Pier – 25 Dips, 25 Weezy Jefferesons – Rinse & Repeat
