Mosey to Courthouse Steps. At the last minute, We decided to add in a 1 Mile Mosey, so We Moseyed via the boardwalk.  At first, I thought this was a mistake.  But, after Thang I, I realized We inadvertently made the right call.

Thang I:

10 burpees – run to top of steps – 20 merkins – run to bottom of steps other side – 10 burpess – run back across

Repeat 9,8,7,6 burpees, with 20 merkins at top, only on the way over, not on the way back.

 

This was a lot harder than anyone thought it would be, including me.  It was ≈ 30°, and everyone was pouring sweat after 2nd round.

Mosey back to Shipyard OYO, & modify ladder to 10,9,8 . . . .

Why OYO and not as a group? Because everybody is at different fitness levels, the 1 mile run, 80 Burpees, 100 Merkins, and 350 steps already, so . . .

Thang II:

Modified Merkin Ladder with CCM Artist Matthew West reminding us we are “Broken Things” (Song gets me pumped)

Some Pax knocked ladder out quick and started over.  Shout-out to those warriors.
