  • Arm Burners – 5, 10, 15, 20
  • Indian Run- Caboose does 1 up down then catches the leader
  • mosey to Route 66

 

1st Pole- 5 Jump Squats

2nd Pole- 10 Stationary Lunges

3rd Pole- 15 Imperial Walkers

4th Pole- 20 Monkey Humpers

5th Pole- 25 Hand Release Merkins

 

Mosey to baseball field for a round of field of dreams. We counted off by 4.

 

People at 1st base would do AMRAP Squats

2nd base AMRAP Merkins

3rd base AMRAP WWII

Home plate would do 15 burpees.

We would rotate off of the people doing the burpees. Once you hit all stations, the round was over.

 

Next we moseyed over to the soccer field for some 4 corners.

  • first corner – 10 American Hammers
  • second corner – 20 Dying Cockroaches
  • third corner – 30 Leg Raises
  • 4th corner – 40 LBCs

Rinse and repeat one additional time with half reps.
