4 made it for The Calm and got about 3 miles of the solitude that only comes before The Storm.

First exercise was the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Warmup: Good morning, SSH w/out ruck, merkins and 4 Burpees for Mr. Haymen who was 4 minutes late

The Thang: Pax were encouraged to bring a favorite ruck exercise for the PT stops on our ruck route.  If no exercise from Pax, YHC gave a Bear Crawl specific exercise.  We bear crawled, crawl beared on flat land and hills.  I think we all got at least 2% better with bear crawls.
