Went backwards on our EC ruck. Made it back to pick up the rest of the crew.

Warm up

25 Merkins, 25 Squat, 25 Ruck Press, 25 Tricep Extensions

Left the 116 and headed to the ECU parking deck and hiked up the stairs and then we did a few more exercises.

25 Merkins, 50 Ruck Bench Press on your back. 25 Tricep Extensions

Moseyed to the bottom of the parking deck and then headed out to 10th street to head back to the 116. We went up to Charles and took a right and to a few different paths back to the 116. We then did “Man sees you DOWN” then getting back up and doing high knees. I can barley talk being I was hollering pretty hard. We finished up with a ruck hold over head counting off to 10 around the circle. Great job guys.

Ended with Praise Prayer and Circle of Trust.
