What a week… Haavaad had reached out a few weeks ago to see if YHC can Q! Sure was the response. Not knowing what a week may bring, it became a question if YHC still could. Got a few welcome back hugs and words, then it was time for the…

The Thang

Had a nice loop laid out. Every intersection on 3rd Street (right and left turn) YHC would call out the exercises. When there was only a left turn, we did leg exercises (the very first one was it – 5 squats). We would rotate the coupons (2 60lb sandbags and YHC’s 511 ruck) after 2 stops. We stayed in 2 by 2 formation.

Intersection exercises (alternated and incremented at intersections) between Walk-outs/Find a Joint and Nipplers. We started at 5, 10 the next round, 15, then back down the ladder.

Once we got to Hwy 11, PAX in front had the sandbags and rotated them all the back down 5th, to Greene, to 3rd, and back, changing at the 2nd cross street.

When we arrived back at the AO, we did a sandbag relay. PAX in front would pickup the sandbag and put it down, then rotate to the back. We then would take 5 steps after picking it up. We then threw the bag after taking steps. We did this to 3rd Street and back.

We finished up with alternating chest press and flutter kicks with the same incrementation as earlier. Except the last round when YHC was thinking too much (we did 10).
