All Pax came for the Calm this morning earning about 3.5 miles in the process.

With everyone already warmed up we recited the pledge and headed for the nipple with 2 sandbags.  Pax rotated bags in route to the overpass. Ground sandbags at base of nipple (or belly button as some called it).  Merkins 20 IC.  2 Pax lead us over the hill, carrying the sandbags, to other side for Curls 7’s. 2 different Pax led us back to the other side, carrying the sandbags, where we did Tricep extensions. Then the last 2 pax grabbed the bags and took us back to the other side where we did ruck off burpees jumping over the ruck each rep.  We finished out the 3 mile tour rotating sandbags back to the Flag.

We had a great time rucking and mumblechatting this moring while burning a whole lot of calories and building muscles.  Thanks to all the Pax that contributed to a fine workout.
