EC started at 7 am where 8 PAX logged 3+ miles in before The Storm.

Warm Up

  • Pledge of Allegiance
  • Side Straddle Hop – 13
  • Good Mornings – 10
  • Don Quixote – 10
  • Merkins – 15

After warming up we headed out to the Parking Deck on 10th st.  Since the theme was Ruckerfella BRR experience, YHC decided to incorporate one of the strategies used to improve timing on legs.  PAX paired up and were instructed to pick a target spot and shuffle to that spot while others followed behind.  Once you reached the target spot, the pair that lead peels back and lets the next pair repeat.  We did that all the way to the parking garage, where we then entered the Meat Locker.

Diablo Dora

Once we reached the Meat Locker, we stayed in pairs and did a DORA exercise.  The exercises were as follows

  1. Tricep Extensions – AMRAP
  2. WW2 – AMRAP
  3. Squats – AMRAP

Instead of reaching a certain number of reps, we just performed an AMRAP.  While one PAX did the exercise, the other shuffled up the ramp.

After the 6 was in we went back to the flag. YHC has been out for a few weeks for various reasons, but it was great getting back in the swing of things. YHC always enjoys the fellowship at The STORM.  It was great hanging out and talking with my brothers again.  Love you guys.
