Warm up:     Side Straddle Hop,  Butt Kickers, Worst Merkin Ever,  Alternating Shoulder taps.  (2 rounds)

Work Out 1:   Sally Up Sally down ( following the lyrics of song).  Each Group rotates through each station

Group 1:  Overhead shoulder press with Bricks

Group 2:   Bicep Curls with Bricks

Group 3:   Indian Run

Work Out 2:  Vicious circle-  on baseball field in single file line starting at home plate,  group bear crawls around the

bases.  PAX at end of line runs to pitchers mound and does 5 burpees and returns to front of line until

the whole line has gone.

Auburn Drill:  Suicide runs with Basketball held over your head while the rest of the PAX did a combination of Merkins, plank, LBC, arm burners, and squats
