tAfter some coaxing, I decided to Q on my own for the first time. Little did I know what I was in store for, in other words, could I actually do everything I would ask the PAX to do. I knew everyone would have a turkey hangover, so the intent was to burn as much of the turkey off as possible. I expected the crowd to be smaller than usual due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but it was a good group. I haven’t learned all of the F3 lingo yet, so some things are called exactly what they are.

Warm-up:
SSH – 15 reps
Windmills – 15 reps
Seal jacks – 15 reps

The THANG:
Mosey down to the waterfront sidewalk
Run to the other end of the waterfront
At each bench
-10 pike pushups
-10 tricep dips on the bench

I must have badly miscounted the number of benches

At the end of the run
-25 crab reaches

Duck walk to Main street

Run down Main Street
At each bench
-10 merkins
-40 mountain climbers

Back to the flag after the last bench

-Alternating lateral pistol squats – 20 reps
-Iron cross hold – hold for 20 count
-Windshield wipers – 20 reps

Finally finished, everyone still alive
