13 PAX came out on the Waterfront to shine the light for F3 prior to the Shine the Light ministry event the later in the day at Festival Park.

Warmup – 10 good mornings , 10 side straddle hops, 10 high knees and 10 butt kickers all in cadence.

The Thang – We immediately went to 10 Peter Parkers in cadence, 15 Freddie Mercury’s in cadence, then 10 diamond merkins in cadence, 15 American hammers in cadence, 20 Carolina dry docks, 15 flutter kicks in cadence, 20 wide arm merkins, 15 box cutters

We then moseyed down Stewart Parkway to the boardwalk, once we reached the bench we partnered up and one did 20 tricep dips and the partner 20 squats and then switched, and repeated that once and then moseyed the rest of the boardwalk to the beginning of rails on the Waterfront.  Once there we 25 Weezy Jeffersons using the rails and then did 25 modified Weezys bringing our knees up over our heads to the rails.  Then we moseyed down the Waterfront about a third of the waterfront stopping at 7 different light poles doing a burpee at each light pole.  Next up was doing 10’s at the big drain, partnering up and one starting at 10 doing box jumps on the drain with the partner doing alternate derkins and irkins for the other 10.  It was then a mosey to Main Street and down Main Street 3 blocks to First Baptist Church where we broke out the cinder blocks and partnered up and did 10 bent over rows for each arm, 20 military presses, and 20 kettle bell swings, with partners alternating while other moseyed to a point and back.  Finally, we moseyed back to the flags and did 10 Mahktar N’diayes in cadence, 15 sweat angles in cadence and finally went and helped Same Power Ministries unload drink and ice coolers off their trailer as they were setting up for the Shine the Light ministry event.  As a reward CR Temple with Same Power gave each of us a PowerAde.  We gathered back us for count and name-o-rama.

Prayers – prayed for the ministry event following us and for addictions to be broken, unity in churches, reconciliation in marriages, for Cold Cut’s son and Hot Pursuit’s job situation.
