We met behind the elementary school for a change of scenery. The rest was as follows:

Warm Up: Good Mornings, SSH, High Knees, Butt Kickers (x15, IC each)

THE THANG:

  • Each PAX member grabbed a column under the breezeway and completed the following:
    • Mule Kicks (x15)
    • Wall Sits (x15, each PAX member counted)
    • Wall Merkins (x15)
    • Pistol Squats (x15, both legs = 1)
    • Freddie Mercury’s (x15)
    • Run a lap around the parking lot
  • R&R but in sets of 10
  • R&R but in sets of 5
  • R&R but in a set of 1
  • Line up at one end of the breezeway for lunges from end to end with 5 Burpees at the return
  • Line up at one end of the breezeway for crab walk down and backwards mosey back with 4 Burpees at the return
  • Line up at one end of the breezeway for bear crawl down and karaoke back with 3 Burpees at the return
  • Line up at one end of the breezeway for jump squat down and karaoke back with 2 Burpees at the return
  • Line up at one end of the breezeway for a sprint down and back with 1 Burpee at the return
