First and foremost this morning was a solid beatdown and these gentlemen took it like a champ!

Warmup:

10 count arm across chest both ways

30 count stretch what you need

Beatdown:

-Mosey to the rock pile where we grabbed a slightly larger than normal boulder! Ruck with boulder around bus drop off and back to rock pile ( 100-150yrds) on command shoulder press up when yelled “UP” and down when “DOWN”

-mosey back to the “carnival” for partnering and instructions on the following coupons:

-Combine tire 10-4count strikes with bat then flip

-Railroad tie OHP with partner x10

-60yrd farmers with 70ish lb. Railroad ties x2

-“Frogplex” barbell complex which consist of 6xdeadlifts,6xbent rows, 6xcleans, 6xfront squats, 6xsquat presses, 6xback squats

-20lb dumbell “deadlift OHP burpees” x10 while partner done KB swings

-90lb sled pulls 60yrdsx2

-at any time during training “DROP” was yelled PAX done 22 mercans

All these men performed at phenomenal levels, pushing themselves far beyond comfort!
