THE THANG: 

  • Mosey to the rock pile
    • AMRAP with rocks of American Hammers, Tricep Extensions, Rock Rows, & Curls for the Girls while each PAX member ran to the speed bump and back in rotation.
    • Bench Press and Bus Drivers with rocks (x10 each, IC)
  • Mosey to Island of Love
    • Lean Beef (x10, OYO) followed by lunges to next side
    • Box Jumps (x10, OYO) followed by bear crawl to the next side
    • Heel Calf Raises (x10, OYO) followed by crab walk to the next side
    • R&R
  • Mosey to tennis courts
    • 4 Corners: Mule Kicks, Pistol Squats, LBC’s, Wide Arm Merkins.
  • Scenic Route mosey back to SF
