Then the real fun started. Find a partner and a station to start at. Stations included 50yrd truck pull, combine tire bat swings then flip, OHP with railroad tie, farmers with railroad ties, or weighted sled push. Teams had 5 minutes at each station (or until equal reps where accomplished)! The gentlemen put in great work this morning! Included cleanup in workout due to time and amount of weight needed to be moved. 6:15
