THE THANG:

  • Mosey to the tennis courts. AMRAP Donkey Kicks, Imperial Walkers, WWIs, Pistol Squats while each PAX runs a figure 8 lap in the two tennis courts.
  • Shuffle to the Island of Love. Heel Raise Squats (X20), karaoke lap around, Dips (X20), karaoke lap around, Lean Beef (Merkin with left or right side elevated; looks like a cow on the side of a mountain) (X10 each side).
  • Mosey to the Landing Strip, Curls for the GIrls (X15 IC), rock carry to bus circle and back, Tricep Extensions (X15 IC), rock carry to bus circle and back, American Hammers with rocks (X15 IC).
