Warmup: SSH X 10, Good Morning X 10, DK X 10

The Thang: Rock Pile – 5 sets of 10 count squat, 5 sets of 10 count overhead press, 5 sets of 10 count curls for the girls. Indian Run to the Island of Love – 20 step ups, 20 lunges, 20 squats. Mosey to the track – Catch me if you can – Partner up, one does 15 WW1 while the partner bear crawls, rinse and repeat around the track.  Once 1 lap was complete we did it again substituting back pedaling for bear crawls.  Mosey to the bus ramp hand rails, partner up, while one partner runs around the ramp the other partner does dips, combined 150.  Rinse and repeat doing erkins to the count of 100.  Mosey to the flag for a few Marys.
