I want to ride my bicycle…..

Bartman told YHC and FMB that one of us was taking the Q today since he had the Q at the 116. To make it easy we decided to do a Co-Q. It went something like this.

Warm-Up

• Murkins (IC)
• SSH (IC)
• High Knees (IC)
• Good Mornings (IC)

The Thang

• Whats a workout with FMB without having a fire drill. All 6 PAX got to call fire and then we were off to rock pile. FMB instructed us to grab a rock, we then moseyed to the football field with our rocks.
• Dropped our rocks by the fence and then it was YHC’s turn to lead. In honor of FMB’s first ever post with Abu leading we did fireman carries, partner drags and piggy back rides across the football field.
• After that we recovered at the lime bike that was placed on the track this morning during the ruck. Each PAX would do a bike sprint for a lap around the track. While you rode the bike you chose the exercise the rest would do until you returned ( WW1, Flutter Kicks, LBC, and I cant remember rest)
• Back to FMB for a Flora 123 with our rocks. Partner would do 10 murkins with feet on rock while other partner held plank, flapjack until you reach 100. Partner would do 20 LBCs with rock while other partner held 6 inches with rock straight out, flapjack until you reach 200. Partner would do 25 goblet squats while other partner would hold rock in low squat position, flapjack until you reach 300.
• Had time for one more exercise. Had originally planned for black jack but time wasn’t going to allow, called audible and did 7’s with murks and LBC’s. We packed all of our stuff in the bike and moseyed behind the bike while money shot led us back to the flag.

Was great to have nice weather on Saturday for a change. Great push this morning from the PAX. Had four come out this morning at 0600 for the ruck, 2nd F was great. We had great fellowship at Bojangles after where all 6 PAX came. Let’s keep this train rolling in Farmville, start head locking men! Until next time.
