Started at 5 and worked our way to 50. After each 5 run 200 meters on track. Start at 5 exercise each time.

5 burpees, 10 Sqts, 15 ww1, 20 swings, 25 OHP, 30 Tris, 35 curls, 40 flutters, 45 high pulls and 50 rows.
