Warm Up: YHC was running a tad bit late and as I was turning into the parking lot adjacent to the site, the PAX was already on their way to meet me. Needless to say, they took the initiative and were already warmed up.

THE THANG:

  • Mosey to the rock pile for AMRAP of Curls for the Girls, Overhead Presses, Rock Rows, and American Hammers while each PAX carried their rock to the speed bump down the way and back.
  • Shuffle to the Island of Love (with rocks in hand) for Dips with rocks (aka cock blockers), Lean Beef, and Step ups. 2 Rounds X15 of these with alternating sides.
  • Carried rocks to the tennis courts for
    • 2 minute plank followed by a 2 minute wall sit
    • 1 minute plank followed by a 1 minute wall sit
    • 30 second plank followed by a 30 second wall sit
    • 15 second plank followed by a 15 second wall sit
  • 4 corners with 10 pistol squats, 15 LBCs, 20 Merkins, 25 Mtn Climbers
  • Each PAX grabbed a second rock to carry to the baseball field for deposit (to help Bench for the FCHS team)
  • Mosey back to the middle school for another round of
    • 2 minute plank followed by 20 squats
    • 1 minute plank followed by 10 squats
    • 30 second plank followed by 5 squats
    • 15 second plank
  • Back to the SF
