Mosey to the playground for 11’s of Pullups and Urkins then mosey to the front of the school. One person would run around the front loop while the other pax performed an ab exercise. Mosey to the big rock pile for curls and tri’s then to the small rocks for front and side lat raises. Mosey to the bus circle. One person farmer carry KB’s down in back while others rotate between dips and durkins.
