YHC is doing the backblast for Wall Street. 

The Thang:

2 for EC Ruck Pothole and YHC

Mosey to new tennis courts for four corners: 5,10,15,20 reps at each corner. Exercises were plank-jack merkins, ww1’s, ww2’s and LBC’s for 2 rounds.

Mosey to the track. Got into groups of 3 for 3 different exercises. 1 pax member would perform the task while the other did favorite AB,Leg or Upper body movement until other person was done. 3 different tasks were bear crawl to midfield, army crawl to midfield and push the 50lb sled to midfield and back.

Mosey to the rocks for round of rocks. Each pax member chose a exercise for 15 reps and called the cadence.

Mosey back to the flag for 5 mins of Mary. Every Pax member led a Mary, 8:00 workout over.


Unspoken, No SSS next weekend for convergence.
