THE Thang:

  • Mosey to the Football Bleachers for two rounds of 7’s.
    • First round: Clorox merkins at the top and WWI’s at the bottom
    • Second round: Heel raise squats at the top and Erkins at the bottom
  • Mosey to the Island of Love for Dips, Lean Beef (both sides; each PAX member counted out 5 reps of these), and Box Jumps (X15 OYO).
  • Mosey to the Tennis courts for four corners (OYO):
    • Wall Merkins (X5)
    • Mule Kicks (X10)
    • Pistol Squats (X15 each leg)
    • LBC’s (X20)
  • Rewind (entire four corners backwards including backpedaling)
  • Mosey to the Rock Pile for circle of workouts
    • Curls for the girls (each PAX member counted out 5 reps, rotating rocks)
    • Rock rows (each PAX member counted out 5 reps, rotating rocks)
    • Triceps extensions (each PAX member counted out 5 reps, rotating rocks)
  • Assorted Mary (each PAX member chose)
