Jimmi Hendrix was playing in the background as 9 pax played Frogger across the road barely avoiding the racing ECU Football players as we circled up with rucks and sandbags at the Watchtower. This little diddy comes from the HDT library. If you ever need to train to be at the top of your game, HDT is worth the investment.

That’s it brothers. Just enough to make you sore.

BOM/COT – Prayers for T-Bones family on the passing of his father, for Ma Bells father in law, Benches mom, Grisham’s mom, Leigh, birthday is tomorrow; Grouts boys; Mayhem; the mall walkers rucking.

Announcements – Be sure to show up Saturday, March 6th at 0530 at Town Commons for a Ruck Event. 4ish hours. Be sure to sign up for GROWRUCK SC. Right now The Eastern Fleet has more pax registered than any other region.

Moleskin – Today was day 5 of 7 straight post for YHC. Day 1 of 3 straight Qs. It’s getting difficult so the decision was made to keep it simple. Keep it well programmed. The best training money YHC ever spent was on the HDT programs. 5 of us did Round 13. It was the strongest and fastest I’ve ever been. Today reminded me of that feeling in a good way.

Running is something I do. The brotherhood of the BRR is top notch.  However there is something different, something special about rucking and training hard with some Ruckers. It’s my water to my dolphin. It’s the air I breath. It’s the push I need to make sure life is good.  Sometimes you need a little pain to remember why you do what you do.
