Over the Shoulder (5 over left/5 over right – squat down to wrap arms around center of bag, pick up and throw over shoulder alternating sides)

Single Leg Deadlifts (5 right/5 left)

Bent Over Row

Merkins

Clean and Throw (throw in towards the circle, throw back towards start point)

Sandbag Get Ups (5 right shoulder/5 left shoulder) *these were not a PAX favorite

Rucks off because the PAX from First Aid had arrived

Fruity Pebbles reached out to me yesterday to see if I wanted to do some burpees together. Sure thing. We did burpees to Michael Jackson’s Can You Feel It.

Moleskin: The workout was good but the COT was better. We make deposits regularly to improve our physical health, but we need to make daily deposits in other areas of our lives as well.
