With ruck sacks on all morning (except the 60 for 60) while having the sandbag is various positions we did lunges, wood chops,reverse lunges connected to good mornings. We did a round or two of dead lifts, clean connected to a squat. With the sandbags we then walked about 3/4 a mile to the bus stop. Then another round of PT. We walked to the pirate and did step-ups with ruck and sandbag. Then we walked the stairs. On the way back to the flag we 40 yards of bear crawl drag, 40 yards of sandbag toss, 40 yards of overhead carry, and then 40 yards of carrying the bag in front. We concluded the workout with a 60 for 60.
