Began as always with the Pledge of Allegiance!  Went right into some warm up exercises and a warm up march with the ruck and sandbags.

After this we did the bear crawl sandbag pull for 150 yards.

After this we did a team dora that consisted of 100 overhead press, 200 squats, and 300 shoulder shrugs.  This was all done with a wooden ladder coupon and sandbags.
