Q called circle up,  welcome and the disclaimer was given, 5:30 and Go Time!

Warm Up:

10 SSH’s IC, 10 cotton pickers IC, 10 Michael Phelps IC & 10 Good Mornings IC

The Thang:

After warm up the PAX moseyed to the back left corner of the building for the beginning of 4 corners.  In corner 1 we did 10 each squats, WW2’s and Merkins.  We were to mosey the long sides of the building and lunge the short sides.  Each corner we added 10 to the count and finished in corner 4 with 40 of each exercise.

Next up we moseyed to the soccer field for 7’s.  On one side of the field we performed dips on the benches and on the other side we did step ups (2=1).  Mosey between sides until the last pass where we dropped for bear crawl to finish everything out.

At this point YHC was struggling to keep up with his own workout and took the opportunity to tap Deep Dish for the assist.  Deep Dish led us back to the cut through in the building where he called for Peoples Chair on the wall.  We all gave a 10 ct until we held for 100.  Next were BTW’s with 6 ea count of chicken peckers and then back to another round of Peoples Chair.  Q called recover and asked Patch to lead the PAX back to the flag for 3 minutes of Mary.  Thank you Deep Dish and Patch for the assist!
