Pledge of Allegiance

Warm up: Side straddle hops, Copper head squats,  Arm circles forward and backward, Good mornings. All 10 counts.

Indian Run around building to side parking lot where six lines of cones were set up 6 deep.

Four Corner Escalator: Plank Jacks 10, Jump Squats 20,  LBCs 30, Hallelujahs 40

Line jumps 30 second counts x2


Football Drills all using cones:
Dora: 100 Merkins with backward suicide, 200 LBCs with back pass coverages run, then 300 squats with backward run and 40 yard dash

Burpee Football Catch: Each partner did 5 to 10 burpees catching football overhead at end of each burpee.


Two team pass drill: 10, 20, 30, and 40 yards:
Every dropped ball resulted in whole team doing 10 merkins. This was repeated x2. Last team to finish drill resulted in 10 team burpees. Each team finished with one 40 yard sprint and catch. 

Mosey back to flag:Samoan sandwich, Merkins, and J-Lo.
