Showed up at 0440 for EC solo ruck.  Got in 2.3 miles.  Planted flag at 0525 and Deep Dish and Jackpot showed up.

Had a bit of a crossfit type workout today.  We got right to work.  13 exercises for 13 reps for 13 sets

SSH, Merkins, Squats, WW2, Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Tuck Jumps, Plank Jacks, Hallelujahs, Overhead Claps, Freddy Mercurys, mountain climbers, calf raises.

we made it through 8 and a half rounds and time ran out.  an hour long workout would have been perfect.

i knew this would be a light group due to Showboat VQ, glad he had the support.
