A strong group of 7 came out in the gloom to get stronger together and kept things moving at West Side Story

  • SSH, Good Mornings, Good Evenings, Side Stretches Collard/Daisy Pickers

THE THANG

– To the building and stop at some corners and openings- Catch me if you can w/ bear crawls on the long side to the shelter and then to the front sidewalk; bear walk/imperial walker combo in front of the church on the short side, cPax were called on to add additional workouts to each stop

  • At each stop- a base exercise run of HR merkins, HR burpees, Squats, and then a variety of Pax choice from 10-20 reps.

-Stop at center area for Dora- 100 merkins, 200 squats, 250 lbcs

-Stick around the middle for people’s chair exercises

-Walk in pairs to the flag for some 2nd F

-To the flag for a finish at 6:15
