Warm Up – Pledge of Allegiance, 10 Michael Phelps, 12 Good Evenings & 12 SSH’s

Pax were instructed to play a game of “Catch me if you can” heading towards the covered area between buildings.  We were to do 5 burpees while someone bear crawled as quickly as they could.  Each PAX ended up taking two turns bear crawling.

At the sheltered area we performed 13’s.  The exercises of choice were squats on one side and chicken peckers on the other.  Mosey in between.   Next we moseyed to the front of the building.

At the front of the building we partnered up for a round of DORA.  We did 100 flutter kicks, 200 WWII’s and 300 Hallelujahs’.  Next we moseyed to the side lot.

In the side lot we went 4 corners.  The exercises were Burpees, Mekins, Squats and Lunges.  Each exercise was higher in reps than the previous.

Back to the flag with a quick lap around the back parking lot and a little MARY.
