Getting Darker out. However, the PAX who posted at WESTSIDE saw the light as leakage fell into their eyes in short order. HIT (High intensity or interval training). Shovel Flag in the light was planted. Water in hand. Timepieces ticking. (Glad that Poppins hydrates, ain’t bashful with his 1/5th jug). Disclaimer provided as we  circled, warmed a bit with SSH, Merkins, SALAD (slow and low and deep) squats to prepare for the ‘Men-Makers’.

The Thang: Men-Makers – (dumbells needed) – (shoulder to shoulder in bear crawl positions; one man begins on the end, heading down the field, every man keeps up with the lead man. Lead man begins with merkin with dumbells, burpee, then merkin…. repeating so that that lead man does 10 Merkins/5 Burpees while moving 5 bear crawls forward. Each pax member is doing bear crawls and lunges to alternate down the field. Rinse and Repeat……….Oh Yeah!!!

BLIMPS (5-Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank-Jacks, 30 Squats)……….Rinse Repeat

Each PAX then leads intervals of WWI’s, WWII’s, Supermans, Protractors (check out those degrees), 3 rounds of Rocky’s Dog, ‘BUTKIS’ (rapid step ups). How bout some GRIFFS (Running backwards, Rinse Repeat-000). Our bodies reported that 6:15 was upon us. B A M. Great work men!!!
