Warm Up:

10 SSH’s IC (in cadence), 10 Good Mornings IC, 11 Cotton Pickers IC and 10 Good Evenings IC

The Thang:

1st up was around the building we go where the PAX chose the exercise at each corner.  1st corner started with burpees, LBC’s and Merkins.  Rinse and repeat through the next 3 corners.

7’s:  Off to the side lots for a round of 7’s.  PAX choice again where we did WWII’s on one side of the parking lot and squats on the other.  We began crossing one direction by bear crawling and lunging back.  As the Q I called an audible and changed bear crawl to mosey.

4 corners:  Using the same lot we went around the parking lot where the PAX called the exercise and we moseyed in between.
