Warmup – (50 (25-4ct)) – SSH, 13 (IC) Merkins, 13 Good mornings.

Thang – Mosey to soccer field, sprint from one end to another, sprint back to starting position.   Mosey to corner of school building – 13 IC Squats, Merkins, Jumpsquats.  Line up shoulder to shoulder, sprint to divide between buildings. 13 IC – Merkins, WW1’s, Squats.  When done, line up shoulder to shoulder, sprint to corner to church building. Partner up for BLIMPS – 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 – Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plankjacks, Squats.  Plank for 6. Line up shoulder to shoulder, Sprint to opposite corner. More merkins, squats and ww1’s.  Line up shoulder to shoulder, pax started to take off thinking we were sprinting, but here yhc lined all pax up and starting from one end, each HIM was to share something they are grateful for, and words of wisdom for our 2.0 in these trying times. Lots of wisdom and words of encouragement given!
