Warm up I guess….
Lap around the building stopping at every corner for burpees. Total 1 lap and 44 burpees.
Mosey to the starting point to work on our A’s! People like to say GrammEr and being a English teacher, I like to remind subtly that it is GrammAR! So every exercise had an A theme:
25 Australian MTN. Climbers
Lap
15 Angle Grinder Merkins
Lap
50 Alabama Ass Kickers
Lap
41 American Hammers (Was waiting to stop on Die Hard. See Die Hard came to open house and harassed me after I had been harassing him all week, so it was nice to throw a little his way. He is really fun to banter with. He is going to post more so you can banter with him as well!)
Lap
Mosey to flag to finish with 1 Apollo Creed Burpee and a little Mary.
Prayer Requests:
All students starting back at school.
Fruity Pebbles and family in Hawaii and impending hurricane.
One of my upcoming students and him returning to school after a year year absence with renal failure. This young man had endured dialysis for the past two years, and found out yesterday he has had a kidney transplant. I am so thrilled about working with this kid this year.
Announcements:

9/11 Convergence and Labor Day Also
New AO Eagles Ridge
Moleskin:
To be completely honest, this was a tough Q to get up for. After working a long day the previous day, and my little girl having trouble sleeping, the alarm going off was a unwelcome sign. Once I was up and moving it was great and always glad to post and Q a F3 workout. Thank you Hot Pursuit for the opportunity to lead.
