EC started promptly at 0440.  YHC started making my rounds around the parking lot when Fruity showed up shortly afterward. More PAX started pulling up as we creeped closer to 0530.  A total of six PAX saw the forecast, knew the “suck” they were about to endure, and did the hard thing to make themselves better

Workout #2 – HighTower – YHC found this workout in the Exicon and figured it was very relevant to the awareness we are bringing to suicide rates of first responders. Jacob Hancher “F3 Hightower” lost his life on 10/3/20. In his honor a workout was named in his honor based of the Mathew 5:9: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” This workout consists of 5 workouts and 9 reps.  We performed all 5 workouts together.

  1. 9 Burpess
  2. 9 Body Builders – Burpee with a plank jack
  3. 9 Triple Merkin Burpee – Burpee with 3 merkins
  4. 9 Triple Jump Squat Burpee – Burpee with 3 jump squats
  5. 9 Combination of all workouts – Burpess with Merkins, plank jack, and 3 jump squats.

Workout #3 – Aiken Legs (2 rounds)
