The Thang:

 

Mosey to the benches by gate 6 for 1 minute of step ups followed by 10 derkins and 10 dips (3 rounds)

 

Mosey to the meadow for Bear Crawl & Burpees.  Bear crawl across the meadow to the other sidewalk and do five burpees.  Run back.  Rinse and repeat going down on the # of burpees and finish at one

 

Mosey to the lower Minges parking lot and split up in two groups.  Group one Indian Runs to the top of the parking lot.  Group two does alternate 10 count of WWI && Flutter kicks until group one gets back and then switch.  Same thing for another round with Imperial Walkers and LBC’s on a ten count

 

Mosey to the Minges Pool Wall for 3 count of BTW followed by 3 burpees at the end (3 rounds)

 

Mosey back to the flag for a round of Mary with Slim Jim, Skipper & Silverado
