YHC arrived at gates 5/6 this morning to find 4 PAX waiting to get to work. Shovel flag had been planted by Cold Cut and YHC planted the Booty Flag. Puppet Master arrived shortly after YHC and we had a nice surprise visit by Old Farmer. Old Farmer is still recovering from a bad knee but joined us for fellowship and to do what he could do. The PAX welcomed Dirty Bomb to his first fitness post although he has been posting to Bible study at Hot Pursuit’s AO. Welcome, Dirty Bomb!
The Warm Up
Side Straddle Hops (26 IC), Don Quixote (27 IC), Bobby Hurleys (10 each side OYO), Merkins (20 IC), Guantanamoes (4 rounds), American Hammer (28 IC)
The Thang
Each PAX found a place on a curb for 3 one minute rounds of Butkis. We moseyed to the parking lot for Black Jack 21 (Merkins then mosey across parking lot for WW1) – 15 minutes. We then moseyed to The Meadow for alternating Broad Jump Burpees and lunges (long way) and then went back with alternating Bear Crawls and Lunges. Moseyed to the shovel flags for a round of Mary consisting of WW2, Dying Cockroach, Flutter Kicks, lying leg throw downs, The Edge (3 Ten counts)
