We simply used them as exercise markers.<\/p>\n<p>The Thang<\/p>\n<p>Warm Up<\/p>\n<p>5 Burpees<\/p>\n<p>10 SSH in cadence<\/p>\n<p>10 Collard Pickers in cadence<\/p>\n<p>Workout<\/p>\n<p>1 lap around the track<\/p>\n<p>10 merkins at first light pole<\/p>\n<p>Run to next pole<\/p>\n<p>10 merkins<\/p>\n<p>Lunge to next pole<\/p>\n<p>Do this rotation all the way around the track (14 light poles)<\/p>\n<p>Back at the start<\/p>\n<p>Run 1 lap around the track<\/p>\n<p>20WWII sit-ups at first light pole<\/p>\n<p>Run backwards to the next light pole<\/p>\n<p>Do 15 squats<\/p>\n<p>Run forward to the next light pole<\/p>\n<p>Do this rotation all the way around the track<\/p>\n<p>Back to start<\/p>\n<p>Run 1 lap around the track<\/p>\n<p>Mosey over to the football field<\/p>\n<p>Each PAX threw the football down the field.\u00a0 The PAX sprinted to the football where the thrower gave an exercise of choice for the PAX to perform.\u00a0 Rinse and repeat.
