  • 1 Pax does arm workout while other does legs
  • 100 Merkins on Cinder block
  • 200 overhead presses
  • 300 curls
  • Other Pax does Lt Dans (1 squat with 4 alt lunges) to the end of parking lot & run back

Relay Race

  • Break into 2 teams
  • Front Pax runs to first cone and brings back tennis ball with exercise
  • Burpees, WW2s, Squats, LBCs
  • Whole team completes exercise, then next person goes
  • Continue until all tennis balls are collected
  • Loser does 20 burpees
  • Winner does 20 monkey humpers
  • Rinse & Repeat
