Homepage – This is our Homepage and contains the following: Slider bar and Banner to reference recent announcements, Links to find out more about the 3F’s (Fitness, Fellowship, & Faith), Video that shows and tells you “What is F3?”, Link to Download our App, and Calendar that shows posting opportunities (view can be expanded).
This is F3 – This tells about our History, Core Principles, Incorporation, How Funded, Contains Videos and Podcast Links, and more Informational Links.
Fitness – This gives a background of what we do for the #1stF, as well as a schedule and map.
Fellowship – This gives a background of what we do for the #2ndF, as well as a schedule.
Faith – This gives a background of what the #3rdF is, Links to shares on topics, as well as a schedule.
Legacy BackBlasts – This is a record of posts, as well as directions on how to post in the Legacy System. BackBlasts contain links for the Categories (Workouts, etc), Q and PAX to easily track history.
Connect – This contains the following: Leadership information, Links to F3 Nation Founders and Regional Contacts, Ways to Connect (Directory, App, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Slack and Newsletter, and a Form to ask Questions or Comment.
